Physician Training
Implantation of Biofibre ® — Biocompatible Artificial Hair produced by Medicap, correctly performed by a Experienced Trained Physician on a Suitable Patient, is a simple, safe, soft surgery procedure that guarantees maximum satisfaction both to the physician who carries it out and the Patient who benefits from it.
In accordance with CE Requirements, Medicap organizes in Exclusive personalized Qualification Trainings and Master Trainings onto Biofibre Hair Implant ® technique and Automatic Biofibre Hair Implant System ®.
Training are held by a specialized Medical Team at Medicap headquarters, Italy or to Medicap's distributors on demand and it lasts 1 or 2 days.
Training included 2 modules.
The first module is a theoretical course where knowledge on the following issues will be acquired:
- Biocompatible Artificial Hair: Biofibre hair and Medicap High Density (MHD) hair;
- Implant Instruments: Adjustable Implanter and Automatic Implanter;
- Patient's selection;
- Medical Implant Protocol.
The second module is the practical, hands-on part, which will be developed first by using various simulators and subsequently on patient "live surgery". The following issues are dealt with during this second part of the course:
- Correct implant procedure;
- Appropriate local anaesthesia;
- Correct distance between implanted fibres;
- How to reach an optimal aesthetic result;
- Correct management of the Post-Implant.
A Hair Implant Qualification Diploma will be released at the end of the course to the physicians who have proved they can correctly perform hair implant procedure.
